- Driving accurate forecasting and planning: Accountable alongside National Account Managers for demand planning and sales forecasting against clear timelines and KPIs, bringing rigour, insight, and proactive thinking to support confident decision‑making and profitable growth.
- Creating compelling customer stories: Supports the development of customer‑ready presentations and sell‑in materials, translating data and insight into clear, engaging narratives that land with both internal teams and external customers.
- Being a trusted point of contact: Acts as a key contact for customers and the wider sales team, providing accurate and timely account planning information while building credibility through clear communication and a helpful, solutions‑focused approach.
- Shaping account strategy and performance: Supports the continuous development of the account portfolio strategy and overall commercial performance, with scope for the right candidate to take on customer account responsibility as a natural next step in their career journey.
