Are you looking for a vibrant workplace emphasizing teamwork and collaboration? If so, you’ve come to the right place! As a Packaging Data Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of both an exciting Research and Development function and a Cross‑Functional Packaging End to End Team. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will be a vital part of ensuring we meet European standards and legislation, whilst supporting on project delivery. You will be supporting and driving the Sustainable packaging agenda for Kellanova Europe. Your role will be based between our Media City, Manchester Office & Centre of Excellence on a hybrid work schedule and with regular travel nationally and internationally.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage technical packaging and sustainability data in our SAP and Product Lifecycle Management System
  • Manage and submit packaging waste reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse data, generate reports, and instigate corrective actions for the Specification system
  • Support other members of the team in the execution of their project activities within the Specification system
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure new specification information is supplied promptly and accurately
  • Support and manage systems enhancements and upgrade testing
  • May require some travel to support on Packaging trials and testing to validate recommendations

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills as well as data analysis skills
  • Possess strong rapport‑building abilities with negotiation and influencing skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure data and specification integrity
  • Preferred understanding of packaging development, materials and processes and components
  • Preferred experience of packaging specifications and quality requirements and experience of working with SAP
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
