Are you ready to join an industry-respected team, representing some of the biggest brands in the food industry? Join us as a Business Development Executive on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and play a crucial role in our continued success and progression. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for an away from home sub-environment such as workplace, leisure or cafés to help us deliver our ambitious growth target through this priority channel.

Reporting into the Areas Sales Lead, you will champion your Northern territory to drive Kellanova branded listings into whitespace opportunities. We’re looking for a pro‑active and highly motivated character to get after a mixture of already established accounts which can continue to grow while also winning new business opportunities. You will be winning listings through commercial execution tools such as Joint Business Planning and promotional agreements driving the sales of our iconic global brands such as Pringles and Snack bars across the channel.

In this role you will be coached and supported to further develop your commercial acumen as well as agitating to drive positive change and truly make a difference for one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build your sales environment portfolio: Use a data‑led approach, you will develop your strategic approach in prioritising the key customers and contacts.
  • Unlocking New Opportunities: Unlock new relationships and opportunities across your customer base and develop relationships directly with the business owners and key decision makers.
  • Maximizing Our Portfolio: Ensure our ranging and distribution is maximised across your region and driving our growth through both existing ranging and future innovation launches.
  • Amplifying our Plans: At the heart of the role, you will be responsible for how you drive activation through amplifying our plans to deliver growth targets using the toolkit which will be available, with a focus on POS and display activation in key weeks and events.
  • Commercial Skills: You will apply your commercial acumen to work with customers using all available tools to ensure our approach to growth is enabled with category insight, channel expertise and a clear execution of the strategic plan.
