Located in our vibrant head office in Media City, Manchester, this hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to join a large, dynamic team with diverse marketing skills and experiences. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Brand Activation Executive, you will support with the activation of compelling brand plans, support on commercial innovation projects, and help manage in-store activations. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will own projects from day one, ensuring no two days are the same. This role involves working with world-famous and iconic food brands, supporting the in-store execution of marketing across major retailers from all channels. You will build relationships with Kellanova stakeholders, marketing agencies, third-party suppliers, and logistics companies.
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the activation team to execute the brand masterplan, whilst identifying opportunities to locally amplify and lead on certain campaigns and projects where appropriate and relevant.
- Working in cross-functional teams: collaborate with central marketing, supply, sales, and nutrition teams.
- Building relationships: foster strong connections with retailers, marketing agencies, and brand partners.
- Managing artwork briefs and bookings: handle the briefing, development and management of in-store activation materials.
- Tracking and analysis: monitor and analyze brand performance and activation initiatives.

- Some professional experience in marketing or project management.
- A passion for marketing, FMCG, or foods.

- Ability to showcase multitasking, time planning, and successful delivery of activities.
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as good MS Office skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word).
