We’re looking for a Category Management Lead to join us on a 12-month FTC, partnering with one of the UK’s most influential and exciting retailers: Tesco. This is a high-impact role, sitting at the heart of one of our most strategic customer relationships, where your insights won’t just inform decisions—they’ll shape the future of the category.
Based in our vibrant Media City Manchester HQ, you’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid setup while working with some of the most iconic and loved brands on the market—think Pringles and our powerhouse cereal portfolio including everyone’s favourite Cornflakes. At Kellanova, we don’t just manage categories—we bring them to life. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating data, shopper behaviour and consumer insight into compelling, retailer-ready stories that unlock growth. It’s all about delivering the triple win for Kellanova, for Tesco, and—most importantly—for our shoppers.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Engagement – Be the expert on your category area, working cross functionally with the RGM, marketing and commercial teams to bring insight and action on opportunities and risks that impact Kellanova and Category growth.
- Effective Communication – Be the storyteller on relevant insights that drive our business performance & proactively drive the agenda internally and with the customer.
- Category Acumen - Category management responsibility & support for specific customers, support buyers and account managers by building compelling category recommendations & actions to grow category sales and then influencing them to execute range reviews in line with customer timings & objectives.
