Pastry Chef De Partie

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry brigade of our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Kensington .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pastry professional who takes pride in producing exceptional desserts and has strong knowledge of chocolate work .

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts and bakery items to 5-star standards.
• Working confidently with chocolate , including tempering, moulding and decorative techniques.
• Managing your own section and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Supporting the Senior Pastry team in daily operations and service.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong pastry skills with hands‑on chocolate experience .
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality pastry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team player.
