My client is an established independent contract caterer seeking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager for their expanding business in the high end retirement living sector. They are a rapidly expanding and successful company seeking to grow their operational team in the North and Midlands areas. The right candidate will be able to perform in a fully autonomous role and be able to thrive in a role that requires high levels of self management. You will excel at exceeding targets and have excellent financial and people management skills.

- Excellent client relationship skills, financial acumen, and a proven history of measurable success
