What You\'ll Be Doing


As a School Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:



  • Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.

  • Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised throughout the day.

  • Assisting with basic food preparation when required.

  • Disposing of waste and recycling in line with site procedures.

  • Following food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety regulations at all times.


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you\'ll need:



  • Previous kitchen porter or catering experience is desirable.

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (required).

  • Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

  • Food Allergen Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

  • Two professional references.
