Night Luggage Porter
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Night Luggage Porter to support the hotel team during overnight hours. You'll assist guests with their luggage, provide excellent service and help ensure the hotel remains safe, clean and organised throughout the night.
Pay: £17 per hour
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and provide a warm, professional service.
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms and collect luggage when required.
- Assist with late arrivals and early departures.
- Support the night team with general hotel duties.
- Monitor public areas and report any maintenance or security issues.
- Keep the lobby, entrance and luggage areas clean and organised.
- Assist guests with requests throughout the night.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional and reliable approach.
- Good spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently at night.Physically able to handle luggage safely.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
