We're recruiting reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our contract catering team in Milton Keynes This is a Monday to Thursday position, 7am to 3pm, 30 hours per week.
Pay £14 + Holiday Pay
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Follow waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Help keep the kitchen safe, organised, and well-stocked.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's Kitchen Porter experience in the UK (essential).
- Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificate (if you do not have training link will be sent to complete, must be completed prior to starting work).
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
