Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and no regular weekend work?
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for an immediate start to join the kitchen team at a prestigious events and conference venue in Westminster .
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for regular daytime hours , working with a professional kitchen team delivering high-quality food for events, conferences and private functions .
There is also the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
The Role
- Immediate start
- £17.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Consistent full-time weekday hours
- Occasional evening work, arranged in advance
- Preparing and delivering high-quality food for events and functions
- Working as part of an experienced kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards
- Potential permanent opportunity
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Experience within events, banqueting, hotels, private members' clubs or quality restaurants
- Strong food preparation and organisational skills
- Confident working in a busy professional kitchen
- Reliable, professional and a strong team player
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Right to work in the UK
Relevant certificates including Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, Health & Safety and COSHH are preferred.
