Join us at Belladrum Festival 2026! We're excited to be returning to Belladrum Festival this year, taking place 30th July - 1st August 2026, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable stewards to join our team. Set on the beautiful Belladrum Estate, just 9 miles outside Inverness, you'll be working in one of Scotland's most scenic festival locations, helping deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for thousands of festival-goers. Known as Scotland's most cherished family music festival, Belladrum is celebrated for its welcoming atmosphere, vibrant entertainment, and safe, family-friendly environment.

Available Roles

  • External Festival Team: Managed by our Scotland Manager, this team will be based outside the Belladrum Estate, helping to ensure the safe and controlled movement of people and vehicles into and out of the festival. Duties include:
    • Assisting local residents with access to the area.
    • Supporting festival attendees by providing directions and information.
    • Helping maintain calm and efficient ingress and egress throughout the event.
  • Internal Festival Team: Based within the festival site, you'll play an important role in ensuring visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience by:
    • Checking tickets and assisting at entry points.
    • Providing directions around the festival site.
    • Supporting crowd safety and general stewarding duties.
    • Assisting with a variety of operational tasks throughout the event.

Dates & Working Hours

  • Travel from our Glasgow office is expected on 28th July.
  • Work will commence on 29th July.
  • The festival runs 30th July - 1st August, with departure expected on 2nd August.
  • Shifts are approximately 12 hours, operating across a 24-hour period. Typical shifts will be:
    • 8:00am - 8:00pm
    • 8:00pm - 8:00am
  • Depending on your rota, expected working hours may range from 36 to 54 hours across the event.
  • Please note: If you are on a Student Visa, you must be on your official vacation during these dates to be eligible to work.

What's Included?

  • Travel to and from Glasgow (or you may travel directly to site if more convenient).
  • At least two meals per day with regular rest breaks.
  • Full training, including:
    • Steward Training
    • ACT Awareness Training
    • Site-specific briefing and supervision
  • Staff camping area, separate from festival attendees, located at the local village shinty club.
  • Access to showers, toilets, microwaves and power sockets.

What You'll Need

  • Your own tent, sleeping bag and any camping equipment you'll require.
  • Any additional snacks or personal food items you'd like (please note there are no cooking facilities available and BBQs are not permitted).
  • Plenty of enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude.
  • A flexible, can-do approach and willingness to work long days or nights as required.
