We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Catering Managerwith experience in multi outlet catering to excel in an General Catering Manager role across a contract based in Stockton.
This role has a strong catering focus, with responsibilities across staff dining, hospitality, vending and retail management.
Experience required:
- 3+ years' senior-level experience managing catering contracts including catering services, vending, hospitality and retail.
- Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence.
- Proven track record in people and change management and operational improvement.
- Knowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment.
- Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A strong knowledge of workplace strategies.
- Full UK Driving License
