Join our award-winning team with a Michelin Key and 3 AA Rosette restaurant. We are looking for a passionate Events Coordinatorto join us to help make magical moments for guests.

  • Position Requirements for the Events Coordinator
  • Previous experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or administration, ideally within a luxury environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and PMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focused approach.
  • Ability to use initiative, think creatively, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Events Coordinator Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate small events and weddings from booking through to delivery.
  • Liaise with clients by phone, email, Zoom, and in person planning memorable events.
  • Conduct event show rounds and planning meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation and booking systems.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager and Hotel Operations team to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Promote and upsell activities and experiences to enhance guest stays.
  • Manage event bookings, rooming lists, and guest information across internal systems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Support the Reservations team with event related bookings and enquiries.
  • Present upcoming events at weekly management meetings.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in event planning, preferably weddings, or a qualification in Events Management or a related field.
