Day Luggage Porter
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Day Luggage Porter to support the hotel team during the day. You'll assist guests with their luggage, provide excellent service and help ensure the hotel is clean, organised and welcoming.
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms and collect luggage when required.
- Assist with arrivals, departures and guest requests.
- Store and organise guest luggage safely.
- Support the Front Office team with general duties.
- Keep the lobby, entrance and luggage areas clean and organised.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional and reliable approach.
- Good spoken English.
- Physically able to handle luggage safely.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
