- What You'll Be Doing
- As a
Chef Manager , you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team.
- Planning and preparing fresh, high-quality meals.
- Managing food ordering, stock control, and budgets.
- Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are met.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and service standards.
- Catering for dietary requirements and food allergens.
- Building positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need
- Previous experience as a
Chef Manager .
Enhanced DBS Certificate
(required).
Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
(or willingness to obtain).
Food Allergen Certificate
(or willingness to obtain).
Two professional references .
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A passion for producing excellent food and delivering outstanding service.
