About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Asian Cuisine Chefs to join a professional catering kitchen in London.
We welcome applications from chefs specialising in Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean and other South East Asian cuisines.
This is an exciting opportunity for chefs passionate about authentic Asian flavours, traditional cooking techniques and high-quality food presentation.
Your Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes using traditional ingredients and techniques.

Work with a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian.

Prepare stir-fries, curries, noodle dishes, rice dishes, sauces and marinades.

Demonstrate strong wok cooking, steaming and food preparation skills.

Support the kitchen team with menu preparation, cooking and presentation.

Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
What We’re Looking For

Professional experience in Chinese or South East Asian cuisine.

Chefs specialising in Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Indonesian or Singaporean cooking are encouraged to apply.

Confident preparing authentic Asian dishes from scratch.

Strong knowledge of Asian herbs, spices, sauces and cooking methods.

Experience in restaurants, hotels, Asian kitchens or event catering.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness certificates.

Right to work in the UK.
Experience in authentic Chinese cuisine is particularly desirable for an upcoming food presentation.
