We are looking for experienced Night Bakers to join our temporary hospitality team across London.
This is ideal for bakers who prefer overnight work and are confident producing fresh bakery products ready for morning service.
THE WORK
Opportunities may be available across:
- Artisan & production bakeries
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Event & contract catering
- Hospitality venues
Your work could include:
- Preparing and baking fresh breads, rolls and sourdough
- Producing croissants, viennoiserie and breakfast pastries
- Mixing, shaping, proving and baking dough
- Preparing products for early-morning service
- Working independently during overnight production
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous professional Baker experience
- Experience or confidence working night shifts
- Strong bread and dough-production skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends
