Berkeley Scott are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment in Cardiff. You will behelping with the morning preparation and packing of the daily in-house products and then helping with kitchen porter duties as well.
Candidates must have:
- Previous experience working in a catering environment
- Good knowledge of Health & Food Safety standards
- Good attention to detail
Catering Assistant duties include:
- Preparing food items, packaging then and labeling
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Following all food hygiene and safety procedures
