General Assistants to join our busy agency team for a variety of catering assignments starting in September.

You'll have the opportunity to work in schools across Cambridge, as well as with a range of catering companies, giving you the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle while gaining experience in different environments.

Pay

£14.50 per hour

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting kitchen teams with food preparation and basic catering duties.
  • Serving food and assisting customers where required.
  • Keeping kitchens and service areas clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Washing up and helping maintain a smooth-running operation.
  • Providing reliable support as a general assistant across a variety of venues.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or as a general assistant is beneficial but not essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Two professional references.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
