Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting experienced Bar Staff to join our busy hospitality team across Birmingham this summer.
We have a variety of exciting opportunities available for Bar Staff at major sporting events, festivals, concerts, corporate functions, and hospitality venues, including a large‑scale sporting event taking place from 10th-16th August.

Key Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Keeping bar areas clean, stocked, and organised
- Following licensing, health and safety, and company procedures
- Supporting the wider hospitality team to ensure smooth event operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as Bar Staff or within hospitality is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in busy environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event‑based shifts
- A positive and team‑focused approach
