We are looking for experienced Bakers to support local bakeries across London on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for skilled bakers looking for flexible work, extra shifts or ongoing temporary bookings with independent and established bakeries.
The role:
- Preparing and baking breads, pastries and other bakery products
- Mixing, shaping, proving and baking
- Working with dough and following bakery recipes
- Supporting busy bakery production
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
We are looking for:
- Previous professional bakery experience
- Confident working with bread and dough production
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable with early morning and/or night shifts
