Small Works Manager | London | Up to £65,000 + £6,825 Allowance + Bonus
Already delivering BMS extra works or small projects, but ready for more ownership?
You could be a Service Engineer looking to step up, or a Project Engineer or Project Manager who wants to lead a small works function.
You will:
- Own T&M and small works delivery from planning through to handover
- Coordinate engineers, suppliers, customers, H&S and commercial performance
You will need strong BMS experience, a track record of delivering small works, extra works, remedial or upgrade projects, and the confidence to manage customers and competing priorities.
The package includes a company performance bonus, £6,825 car allowance, covered public transport expenses, private healthcare, a strong pension and holiday allowance, plus excellent employee schemes and discounts. There is also scope for promotion and lateral movement.
