We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Co-ordinator to join the Central Control function within Yorkshire Water. This is a permanent role working full time, 37 hours per week between Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. This role will initially be based in Bradford but we're moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, so you'll be based there in the future, with a hybrid working arrangement in place, a mix of office and home working.

Where you fit in: You will co-ordinate and proactively manage site access, chemical ordering and deliveries. You will support the wider Triage, Planning and Scheduling team by managing administrative tasks and coordination of operator site visits. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our operational sites are compliant and able to meet demand. You will also be responsible for fuel and chemical ordering, using Yorkshire Waters purchasing system (Ariba) to raise and goods receipt orders. You will play a key role in fuel and chemical monitoring, monitoring levels to proactively manage orders, ensuring no gaps to supply. You will then manage chemical visits, raising and pinning work to ensure operators are on site to manage chemical visits. More broadly, you will be responsible for managing any operator supported site access, ensuring contractors are able to access site as required.
