About the role: Pest Control Coordinator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Temporary) based in Bradford initially, moving to Leeds Valley Park summer 2026. 37 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
Salary and benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Digitise and maintain pest information to meet data quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to vendor and operational managers.
- Maintain and update GIS information and manage logs of completed and outstanding work.
- Monitor workload through scheduling systems and suggest improvements for data quality and processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to address data issues and enhance performance.
- Scrutinise invoices, check quality of work and raise purchase orders to ensure value for money.
- Comply with health and safety requirements.
- Liaise with operational managers, partners, YW colleagues and the Partner Support team to raise queries and identify areas of poor performance.
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on pest data.
- Take a forward‑looking, proactive view in identifying opportunities and potential technical issues before they impact operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with data.
- Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively to all levels.
- Experience of following procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative working style.
- High standards of integrity and ethics.
