Location: The role is primarily based in Buttershaw, though we\βre happy to offer flexibility based on the successful candidate\\\βs circumstances / Hybrid Working (1 β 2 days a week in the office a week β Bradford)

You\\\βll develop and maintain dashboards and reports, combining real-time data with advanced analytics-including machine learning and AI-to help optimise how we plan and deliver maintenance across our network.

Where you fit in:
As our Maintenance Assurance Data Analyst you will:
- Design and improve performance dashboards for Engineering, Complex Maintenance, and Design/Assurance teams
- Build semi-automated workflow tools and reports
- Analyse maintenance data to track adherence to plans and identify areas for improvement
- Become a technical expert in SAP S4/HANA, supporting engineering leaders and CI specialists
- Drive data quality and predictive insights using CMMS and asset condition data
- Use statistical analysis, data visualisation, and predictive modelling to uncover trends and bad actors in equipment performance
- Collaborate across teams to implement smarter, data-led maintenance strategies
- Provide training and support to Asset Delivery teams on data collection and usage
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- A degree (Level 6 or above) in a STEM or data-focused discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights
- Experience working with SAP S4/HANA for reporting and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in using data analytics platforms and tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making
- Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others with data training and guidance
You will also benefit from having:
- Experience of working withing an engineering, maintenance planning or maintenance delivery field
- Experience of working within the water industry across waste and clean water
- Understanding and application of Machine learning and or Artificial intelligence
