Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday β Friday. Standby/on-call for one week out of every eight weeks.

Are you passionate about driving positive change in IT environments? We\β\βre looking for an experienced ITIL Change Manager to take ownership of the entire lifecycle of IT changes within our organisation.
In this pivotal role, you\β\βll ensure all changes are managed using standardised methods and procedures, enabling efficient and timely implementation while minimising disruption to our services.
Where you fit in
As our Change Manager you will:
- Manage and enforce the Change Management process, policies, and procedures in line with ITIL best practices
- Review and assess all Requests for Change (RFCs) for risk, impact, and business justification
- Lead, organise, and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring appropriate stakeholder participation and decision-making
- Lead and coordinate change implementation schedules to minimise disruption and avoid conflicts with other planned activities
- Lead and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement
- Engage and influence senior technology stakeholders, collaborating across all service towers to ensure clear direction on change
- Participate in the Service Operations major incident call out rota (on call 1 week in every 8)
- Monitor change metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce change-related incidents
- Utilise ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) to manage change workflows, approvals, and reporting
What skills & qualifications you will need
- Demonstrated experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-aligned environment
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks, with certification required
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong communication and engagement abilities with stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or BMC Remedy
- Proven ability to assess technical risk and impact across both infrastructure and application environments
