The predicted salary is between 65000 - 65000 £ per year.

We offer a competitive salary, up to £65,000.00, depending on experience. Car allowance of £500 per month (£6,000 per year). Annual incentive related bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. Private health care (self and partner, if applicable). Attractive pension scheme (up to 10% company contribution). Location: This role will initially be based in Bradford, moving to Leeds Valley Park in September 2026. Expect to travel across Yorkshire Water depots and sites.

Work type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What we do! We provide essential water and wastewater services to Yorkshire, protecting the environment, and supporting communities. Rainwater flooding risk is a priority; Customer Field Services help meet changing customer and regulatory expectations.

Where you fit in! As Network Strategy Intelligence Manager you will lead and deliver:

  • Support and lead aspects of the sewer flooding performance strategy and operational performance framework.
  • Provide high‑quality, data‑driven insight for operational, tactical and long‑term decision making.
  • Govern and assure predictive models, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
  • Drive targeted improvements through root cause analysis, scenario modelling and performance diagnostics.
  • Lead and facilitate weekly and monthly performance reviews, identifying trends, emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear operational actions, collaborating with field operations and cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate across operational intelligence, asset planning, customer and capital delivery teams to manage performance risk.
  • Build capability within the team, coaching analysts and embedding continuous improvement.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

  • Leadership background within wastewater operations, data intelligence, performance management or strategy.
  • Deep understanding of sewer flooding mechanisms, network behaviour, and regulatory context.
  • Experience delivering analytical insight at senior stakeholder level.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives across multiple operational teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence to work across sites.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes linked to wastewater operations, planning and scheduling, and customer management practices.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, organised and takes personal accountability.
