Location and Working Hours: Role is a flexible hybrid working arrangement based in Bradford, with an office move to Leeds Valley Park in the Summer. Expect visits to sites across the Yorkshire region. Requires a full valid driving licence (no more than 6 points). Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Validate and categorise sewer flooding incidents using Escape Reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines and recommend GSS payments when appropriate
- Create, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders; provide regular summary reports and performance updates
- Work closely with the Operational Team to investigate shortfalls, failures, and drive data‑collection improvements
- Interpret rainfall radar analysis, review and recommend notifications for properties at risk
- Interpret data and reports, carry out desktop studies, and review investigations performed by Operational Teams
- Monitor investigation and repair work progress to prevent repeats; collate available data to sign off and categorise incidents while ensuring report completion within required standards and timeframes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Logical problem‑solving and basic IT skills; ability to work with technical equipment
- Ability to acquire, understand and interpret technical information
- Experience providing governance and quality assurance to process work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data handling and statistical analysis
- Supporting and embedding change initiatives
- Influencing and driving a right‑first‑time approach
- Developing new and innovative ways to improve outputs
- Competence in IT systems: Odyssey, SAP, ICE and Microsoft Applications
- Full valid EU driving licence (no more than six points) and access to own transport
