Our client is a London-based AI company building AI-powered Digital Workers that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows. They are on a good path to product-market fit with logos like J&J, Cisco, and Coca-Cola, and are now preparing to scale aggressively. They are about to raise their Series B.

The Mission of the Role:

  • Own revenue growth from ~$5M ARR to $20M+ ARR.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally closing strategic enterprise deals.
  • Establish the company as a category leader in the US market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales number: pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed-won revenue.
  • Personally close 6-, 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals.
  • Build, coach, and lead a sales team (AEs, VEs) as the company scales.
  • Develop and execute the US go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with CEO and leadership on pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
  • Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting rigour.
  • Travel to the US regularly (1-2 weeks/month minimum) or relocate.
