We are looking to hire two highly motivated Associates to join and contribute to a growing and ambitious organisation. Whether you are early in your career or already have some experience in social media analysis, content marketing, and strategic communications – then this could be an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to an in-demand service at a global integrated communications consultancy. This role will support corporate and financial communications Consultants, Directors and Partners deliver on an array of work for clients, on national and global mandates, across a range of industries. You will form a part of client teams from day one and be expected to contribute on tactical and strategic levels.

Responsibilities:

  • A trusted client adviser: Build and maintain excellent client relationships and continuously deliver work that exceeds our clients' expectations.
  • Highly networked: Nurture a strong network with relevant stakeholders, including journalists, analysts and other key contacts.
  • A source of knowledge: Develop excellent client knowledge and understanding – to give concise, accurate overviews of each client’s business, communications objectives and PR strategy. Stay up to date with trends, issues and challenges that affect clients' businesses and industries, through media coverage and regulatory developments.
  • A strategic thinker: Develop a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities in each client team, and how these contribute to overall client strategy. Contribute to creative campaign and strategy development.
  • A content creator: Develop high‑quality short and long‑form written content and contribute to the development of creative content across different formats.
  • Insights‑driven: Conduct desk research (media audits, market intelligence reports) and contribute to the development of communications strategies, making use of market analytics tools.
  • A project manager: Support the planning, organisation and management of various events including interviews, media roundtables, and press conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Have gained previous professional experience: ideally in a communications consultancy or the communications function of a business.
  • Know your way around the media: we’re looking for someone with a keen interest in media and current affairs, with an eye for what makes a good pitch.
  • Are a creative writer: you’ll need the skills to tell our client's stories through high‑quality written content.
  • Have an interest in Digital and social media: content creation, social media listening, community management, paid media management and influencer campaign capabilities are a plus.
  • Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills: fluency in spoken and written English are a must, and additional language skills are a plus.
  • Are well‑organised: excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm, strong organisational skills, ability to multi‑task and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Like to work internationally: in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment with international cross-border teams. Strong command of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Are proficient and curious in using AI powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other emerging platforms, in their day‑to‑day work.
  • Right to work: Have the right to work in the UK and can demonstrate it if requested.
