Job Title: Key Account Digital Implementation Manager :
Department: Premier Service & Facilities Management
Base Salary: £29,000-£31,000
Location: Twickenham, Webb Ellis House, 3-days a week office, 2 home.
In this role you'll be responsible for supporting our Key Account team across a variety of administrative & communicative functions.
You'll have day to day contact with hospitality bookers and play a major role in maintaining and strengthening our key relationships. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to the company’s key accounts.
This role is to facilitate smooth booking processes for existing PS & FM clients and to assist successful onboarding and implementation for new clients and users transitioning to Self-Service or Assisted Service using both Keith Prowse and 3rd party Tech Solutions and Platforms.
You'll be doing:
Working with the Account Manager to provide support to their activities, including:
- Taking messages and forwarding information to relevant parties
- Registering & onboarding customers and end users
- Training & Coaching end users on KP booking systems
- Maintaining client records in CRM
- Input bookings on both the KP and customer reservation systems
- Produce customer reports to the agreed process and standard
- Manage and own consolidated invoice process
- Updating sales tools on a regular basis
- Working with external platform partners to stay abreast of new functionality within booking platforms and to keep team and clients updated on new iterations and evolving best practice
Working with the Event & Commercial teams to ensure customer service levels are adhered to:
- Responsible for post-sale / pre-event liaison (itineraries, menus, FAQ’s, etc)
- Ensure content on customer websites is correct
Facilities Management
- Responsible for creating and publishing events on reservation systems
- Coaching & Demo’s for Platform functionality and best practice
- Transition end users to Self Service Status
- Managing and updating sales reports & setting up autogeneration and distribution
- Handling enquiries and distributing event information
- Processing new bookings, amendments and cancellations (push to self serve)
- Distributing e-tickets via The O2 ticketing platform
- Managing all event catering requirements
- Co-ordinating Last-Minute Ticket Offers for personal use of suites, this includes setting prices, liaising with key client contacts and processing bookings
- Creating and editing pre-event comms
- Attending tastings and shaping catering offer to suite holders
