Job Description Job Title: Key Account Digital Implementation Manager : Department: Premier Service & Facilities Management Base Salary: £29,000-£31,000 Location: Twickenham, Webb Ellis House, 3-days a week office, 2 home. In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting our Key Account team across a variety of administrative & communicative functions. You’ll have day to day contact with hospitality bookers and play a major role in maintaining and strengthening our key relationships. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to the company’s key accounts. This role is to facilitate smooth booking processes for existing PS & FM clients and to assist successful onboarding and implementation for new clients and users transitioning to Self-Service or Assisted Service using both Keith Prowse and 3rd party Tech Solutions and Platforms. You’ll be doing: Working with the Account Manager to provide support to their activities, including: Taking messages and forwarding information to relevant parties Registering & onboarding customers and end users Training & Coaching end users on KP booking systems Maintaining client records in CRM
