We are seeking an ambitious, high‑agency Program Manager to scale our UK operations, expand our high‑net‑worth membership base, and accelerate our portfolio velocity. The role reports to the London Chapter leadership team and will regularly meet with the Board Chair and Vice Chair.
The Role
As Program Manager, you will own the operational engine of the London chapter. You will work closely with the leadership team, execute our operational strategy, optimize our internal processes, and act as the primary coordinator for monthly pitch sessions, deal flow administration, and community engagement initiatives across the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities
- Program & Event Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end execution, logistics, and scheduling for all online and in‑person pitch sessions, workshops, and joint‑learning forums. You ensure the calendar runs flawlessly and proactively identify opportunities for partnerships to improve outcomes for members and founders.
- Ecosystem Experience & Onboarding: Act as the primary, high‑touch liaison for both selected startup cohorts and new HNWI members—guiding founders through the presentation lifecycle and ensuring a premium onboarding experience.
- Deal Flow & Network Administration: Manage the operational backend of the investment pipeline, including screening tracking, coordinating member‑led due diligence.
- Process Architecture & Automation: Continuously analyse program frameworks to identify bottlenecks. You will leverage AI‑native tools and automation to optimise workflows, scale the chapter’s capacity, and keep operations hyper‑lean.
