The predicted salary is between 19446 - 29170 £ per year.
Hours will vary therefore flexibility is required. Keighley College are looking for 2 variable hours Exam Invigilators to invigilate exams throughout the year. The invigilators may be required for both daytime and early evening examinations. Full training will be provided to the successful candidates. The successful candidates will be expected to ensure they can help create a calm environment which will give our students the best possible chance to be successful in their exams.
What You Will Do
- Set up the examination room
- Respond to student requests during the exam
- Ensure that no unauthorised material is consulted or no presence of electronic devices
- Communicate examination procedures to students and oversee candidate behaviour
- Take records on student attendance and absence, and complete all required paperwork.
About You
- Have effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with young people and adults.
- Have good IT skills
- Be reliable, punctual and able to keep calm under pressure
- Have good attention to detail
- Flexibility over working hours.
- English and Mathematics at Level 2 or above
