Keidan Harrison is an undisputedly different City of London boutique law firm, specialising in international dispute resolution and insolvency. Established in 2020 by co-founding Partners Marc Keidan and Luke Harrison, our firm is built on a foundation of strategic thinking, high-profile litigation, and a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a boutique litigation environment, working closely with senior lawyers on a wide range of contentious matters.

What You'll Do

  • Support fee earners (Partners, Managing Associates, Associates and Senior Paralegals) in all aspects of dispute resolution work.
  • Assist with drafting and managing client engagement letters, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Onboard clients and conduct all KYC and compliance checks.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents under supervision from our solicitors.
  • Assist with disclosure and document review.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files in accordance with the firm's policies.
  • Liaise with the team to support communication and workflow across multiple live matters.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, including legal technology and process improvement.
  • Attend meetings (alongside fee earners) with clients, contacts, and counsel where appropriate, as well as attend court hearings.
  • Take responsibility for a wide range of office duties to assist the team.

What We're Looking For – Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree and a strong academic background overall.
  • Completion of (or currently undertaking) one or more of the following:
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) (ideally obtained or expected to obtain a Commendation or a Distinction)
  • Solicitor's Qualifying Examination (SQE)
  • At least 12 months' experience as a Paralegal working in litigation as part of a City or top tier law firm.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate as part of the application process:

    • Sound professional and ethical judgment and awareness of the risks of litigation and how to mitigate them.

    Working Pattern

    Monday – Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (flexibility is required; you may be expected to work additional hours from time to time, sometimes at short notice). Hybrid working: The firm promotes office attendance and collaboration in the office. Paralegals attend 4 days per week in the office / 1 day from home.
