Mid Level Legal PA
We are recruiting an experienced Legal PA to join our highly driven team.
Responsibilities
- Seamless and comprehensive diary management for the Partners.
- Booking of all BD and business trips for the Partners and wider team.
- Assisting HR manager with drafting and amending policies and procedures and other administrative matters.
- Assisting with IT related administration and management.
- Helping implement the firm\’s marketing and business development strategy.
- Pro‑active approach to identifying and implementing business optimisation solutions.

Qualifications
- At least five years’ high‑level legal PA experience, preferably within the area of dispute resolution.
- Desire to work in a varied role where no two days are the same.

- The right to work in the UK.
- A team player who will be comfortable working in a small, highly performing, collaborative and interactive team.
- Excellent organisational skills with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong English language, written communication and editing skills and the ability to write accurate, concise, and persuasive text.
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Adobe InDesign (or similar) and good working knowledge of Document Management Systems (preferably NetDocs) and CRM systems (preferably Nimble).
Salary
Salary band: £35‑45k
