Location: Leeds

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Delivery of a development teams backlog, from discovery through delivery.
  • Eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluating business and system data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
  • Documenting and redesigning business processes to drive efficiency.
  • Liaising between internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in developing and testing solutions.
  • Creating supporting documents, including release notes and user training materials.
  • Assisting the Product Manager in the delivery of the DC technology roadmap.
  • Assisting the Platform Manager with root cause analysis of system issues.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar to design and implement solutions and process improvements.
  • Ability to prioritise development backlogs across multiple projects.
  • Capable of creating squad roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working within agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to drive improvements.
  • Ability to overcome resistance to change and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Qualified or Part qualified BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is desirable.
