TPT is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to help drive our vision, Business Plan, and values. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we meet all legal and regulatory obligations, supporting and improving our compliance frameworks, and making sure every employee understands their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our compliance framework.
- Ensure staff are aware of legal and regulatory duties (Pensions Law, UK GDPR, Data Protection Act, FCA).
- Maintain regulatory policies and review external communications.
- Deliver regulatory training and competency programmes.
- Support compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Track regulatory changes and support consultation responses.
- Collaborate across teams to manage compliance risks.
- Provide technical support and liaise with regulators.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a compliance role within a regulatory pensions environment.
- Strong knowledge of Pensions Regulation, FCA Handbook, UK GDPR, and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Proven experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including attendance at committee/governance meetings.
- Driven to stay updated on regulation.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and eager to grow your expertise.
- The role is suitable for someone who has worked in pensions admin, technical pensions admin, or quality assurance and is keen to branch out into pensions compliance.
