TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking a Client Delivery Manager, within the Client Delivery Team, to take ownership of the delivery and coordination of services for Trustee Boards, Sponsoring Employers and Employer Committees. This role focuses on producing employer communications and supporting our client-facing teams on communication projects, together with relationship management for our Employer Committees.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Proactively managing and coordinating the delivery of services for all our client facing teams.
- Leading client communication projects, surveys and ad-hoc initiatives for TPT clients.
- Supporting our Employer communication plan, including producing and overseeing high quality written employer communications, as well as presentations, webinars and events.
- Relationship management for TPT's Employer Committees, including secretarial support and production of high quality governance and reporting materials.
- Supporting and developing the Client Delivery team.
- Support for data governance projects.
- Developing and implementing improvements to our client service.
- Ensuring strong risk management and adherence to governance.
Skills And Experience:
- Experience of Defined Benefit client relationship management and pension scheme secretariat work.
- Track record in client engagement, including producing client communications and leading communication projects.
- Strong understanding of pension legislation.
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, PowerPoint and proven experience in interpretation of client data using Excel.
- Experience of coaching and motivating others to achieve team goals.
- Proven experience in managing and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Excellent presentation, time management, and organisational skills.
