About the Role
This role requires a professional individual who can provide dedicated customer and administration support to the European Sales and Service Team. Sales orders are to be processed in line with company procedure and with a focus on excellent customer care. As the main point of contact for all Sales & Service Administration support for the UK and Europe business, we are looking for an applicant who can assist our commercial retail partners at every interaction point and become a central contact for information on country‑specific activity. The person in this role would be expected to stay up to date with new products and features to assist with any enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders from retail partners, Country & Sales Managers and online transactions.
- Day‑to‑day maintenance of customer accounts.
- Working with team members to resolve product or service issues with exceptional customer care.
- Liaising and effectively communicating with various parties to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout every contact point with the company.
- Working with business partners to arrange collections, returns, deliveries, and answer order queries.
- Coordinating with Internal and External Warehouses for stock movements and replenishment.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Computer literate – MS Office / CRM systems with the ability to adapt to new systems and applications is essential.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a key focus on the customer’s needs.
- Fluent in English and/or other European language.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload whilst working in a fast‑paced environment – excellent organisational skills are essential.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A natural flair for communicating and engaging with customers and colleagues with a good telephone manner.
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Enthusiastic and open to new challenges and ideas.
- Passion for audio and enthusiasm for KEF’s brand values.
