  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment and ordering to maintain product availability while avoiding unnecessary overstock.
  • Maintain organised storage areas, clear product labelling and accurate records of serial numbers, locations and stock status where applicable.
  • Prepare routine inventory reports and highlight variances, slow-moving stock, damaged items or control issues to the Retail Operations Manager.

Gallery Operations & Team Support

  • Support daily gallery operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and till reconciliation as required.
  • Assist with maintaining product displays, demonstration readiness and visual presentation to KEF brand standards.
  • Support in-store events, activations and customer appointments, including occasional evening work.
  • Follow stock control, security, health and safety, and other company procedures consistently.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure clear handovers and smooth coordination across sales, deliveries and customer collections.
  • Support café operations when required to help provide a seamless overall customer experience.

  • Strong numerical ability and a methodical approach to inventory records, reconciliation and administration.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and organisation, with confidence investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and deliver premium customer service.
  • Passion for music, sound and technology, with the willingness to develop detailed product knowledge.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale, inventory, spreadsheet and CRM systems, and learning new technology.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
