About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing, Europe to strengthen KEF Europe’s digital presence and performance. This role focuses on influencer marketing, CRM, paid media, and content, with the aim of driving product and customer engagement, and conversion across key markets.

This is a hybrid role, based in London office
Key Responsibilities include:
Influencer Marketing
Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, budgets, and performance reporting
Activate partnerships to support product launches and key campaigns
Track and optimise influencer performance to inform future strategy
CRM & Email Marketing
Execute EDM strategy and manage the regional content calendar
Brief internal stakeholders on copy, creative, and build requirements
Implement testing plans and use data insights to improve performance and engagement
Support CRM growth initiatives, including the myKEF acquisition strategy
Paid Media & Affiliate Marketing
Serve as the day‑to‑day lead with paid media agencies
Brief campaigns, manage assets, optimise spend, and monitor performance
Drive efficiency and ensure consistent messaging across channels
Support ongoing optimisation and enhancement projects
Manage affiliate activity in partnership with agency partners
Social Media & Content
Support content planning and creation with the social media team
Capture and repurpose content from KEF Music Gallery events
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across digital channels
Align content with SEO strategy to maximise visibility
Performance & Insights
Own reporting across CRM, influencer, paid media, and social channels
Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Share learnings across the EU marketing team to drive continuous improvement
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Europe
Highly collaborative role working with Central, Regional, and Global Marketing teams
Regular interaction with Sales, eCommerce teams, and external agencies
Skills & Experience
Proven successful experience in a digital marketing role
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, CRM/email marketing, and paid media
Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
Affiliate marketing experience is a plus
Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
Highly organised with strong project management skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to brand detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of diverse cultures & engaging them
Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
A collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement
