Sales Support Administrator – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Deeside | Free On-site Parking | Close to Train Links

Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an additionalSales Support Administratorto join our busy and expanding team at Chester Road Motorcycles

This is a key role supporting our sales department with day-to-day administrative duties. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders and communication between internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing– Accurately receive, input, and track sales orders using our in-house system (a major focus of the role).
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Register vehicles using the DVLA’s online RAV system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a sales, transport, automotive or dealership office) would be an advantage.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.
