Keepnet isn't just scaling — we're redefining human risk management in cybersecurity. Trusted by global enterprises and high-growth organisations, we work with some of the world's most recognisable brands to reduce human cyber risk using AI-driven automation.

As part of our UK direct sales expansion, we're hiring commercially sharp, execution-focused Account Executives who want real ownership, real impact, and the freedom to build. This is a true 360 AE role in a fast-moving SaaS scale-up: low red tape, high trust, and plenty of space to bring new ideas, initiatives, and energy to the table.

Why This Role Matters

You'll sit at the heart of Keepnet's growth engine — converting interest into revenue and relationships into long-term customers. Working closely with SDRs, Channel Team | Partners, Customer Success and Leadership, you'll own deals end-to-end and act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders navigating real-world risk.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

  • Owning outcomes, not just activities
  • Blending inbound momentum with smart, targeted outbound
  • Operating in a high-growth SaaS environment where ideas move fast, and execution wins

What's In It for You

  • High ownership, high impact: You own your number, your pipeline, and your deals — with the autonomy to shape how you succeed.
  • Competitive rewards: Strong base, uncapped commission, and EMI-qualified equity so you genuinely share in the upside you help create.
  • Freedom to build: Minimal bureaucracy, fast decisions, and encouragement to bring new ideas, plays, and initiatives to life.
  • Career acceleration: Join a scaling cybersecurity business where performance is visible and progression comes quickly.
  • People-first benefits: Enhanced parental leave, gym support, cycle-to-work scheme, and regular team socials.

What You'll Do

  • Run the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, POV/POC, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with SDRs to convert inbound demand and execute strategic outbound when it makes sense.
  • Work with the Internal Channel Team | Distributors | Partners during proposal and closing stages.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure POV/POC success and clear value alignment.
  • Sell value, not features — translating AI-driven human risk management into ROI, risk reduction, and compliance outcomes.
  • Engage confidently with CISOs, Security Directors, and Risk leaders.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot (forecasting, hygiene, accuracy).
  • Use AI tools to work smarter — from writing to summarisation and collaboration.
  • Feed market insight back into Marketing and Product to shape GTM and roadmap priorities.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity experience a strong plus).
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Confidence running complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to security and risk personas.
  • Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
  • Comfortable with outbound when the opportunity justifies it.
  • High standards around pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a builder's mindset.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Enterprise or mid-market deal experience.
  • Exposure to competitive cybersecurity landscapes.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, ISC2, etc.).

Life at Keepnet

  • Remote-first, with London team meetings weekly.
  • Standard hours: 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
  • 25 days' annual leave (+1 per year of service).
  • EMI equity — real ownership, not window dressing.
  • A culture that values speed, accountability, collaboration, and new ideas.

At Keepnet, diversity, inclusion, and different perspectives aren't buzzwords — they're how we build better products and stronger teams.
