Keepmoat is seeking a Land and Partnerships Manager for the Wigan region to support the regional growth plans by sourcing and progressing land and partnership opportunities. Based from the regional office, you will drive land acquisition in line with strategy and help shape the future pipeline.
You will report to the Land and Partnerships Director and lead bid submissions, negotiate key agreements with partners, and develop team capabilities to ensure successful delivery of projects.
