Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pontefract.

The person in this role will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, including greeting visitors at the sales office, conducting show home viewings, and providing clear information on available plots, pricing, and purchase options.

Daily responsibilities include responding to leads, maintaining accurate customer records, progressing reservations, liaising with solicitors and financial advisors, and ensuring all documentation is completed in line with company processes.

The Sales Executive will work closely with site management and construction teams to stay updated on build progress, handover dates, and any changes affecting customers.

This role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to marketing activities, and delivering a professional, customer-focused experience that reflects Keepmoat’s values.

Qualifications
