Keepmoat is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our South Midlands region, with the main base at the Northampton head office.
The role covers surveying on high-risk housing developments from procurement to final account, in line with company policies.
You will set and monitor budgets, forecast material costs, place orders and prepare timely reports, liaising with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensure strong collaboration.
