We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging candidates across your aligned regions, supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, and helping to build Keepmoat’s strong employer brand within the local market.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver day‑to‑day recruitment support, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Use direct sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR Managers across the regions.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns and help develop engaging content to attract candidates.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience supporting recruitment, either in‑house or agency, with exposure to the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Skilled at candidate sourcing, screening, and managing multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and candidate databases.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, confident in liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
  • Experience in housebuilding, construction, or related sectors is desirable.
