We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships professional to join us at a Manager as an integral member of our Land and Partnerships team in the South West, based from Bristol; assisting the team to acquire land in line with the regions five-year business plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region. Reporting into the Land and Partnerships Director, they will assist to proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.
They will identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, provide support with managing, writing and co-ordinating bid responses and assist legal agreement negotiations on projects with clients.
The postholder will also assist with the delivery of community engagement and investment projects, developing relationships with partner organisations to create new development opportunities.
We are looking for a professional with a background in Land and/or Partnerships, who embodies our Keepmoat values; a creative and resilientindividualwith strong negotiation skills.They will be collaborative; skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. They will take a straightforward approach and be able to use their initiative and financial commercial acumen in their work. They will be passionate about Land and Partnerships, with a real customer and team focus; motivated and enthusiastic about the land function.
